Facilities
Our manufacturing facilities are located in Bangalore at Jigani village & Harohalli village in the notified Industrial areas and another plant in Hubli at Tarihal village, also in the notified Industrial area. Large land area (80,000 sqmts) (20 acres) and well constructed buildings (9000 sqmts) and 1500 KVA of power are important elements in the infrastructure of the company.
The latest to our infrastructure is the state-of-the-art plant (entire plant) imported from Masa AG, Germany, which is the most modern and the largest in the country and has no parallel anywhere in India. The plant is completely computerized and has unique systems to produce various products of high strength and fine finishes. The plant also has a completely imported curing system and other facilities (also imported) to produce unique blended colours and to produce tumbled products besides possibilities of shot blasting and splitting.
Since the commissioning of the plant in 2008, Basant Betons® has been bringing products into the market that is of exceptional quality in India. We are headquartered in Bangalore and have our offices in various parts of the country.
Delivery:
We introduced a system in India for the first time (2005) to deliver concrete products by crane-mounted trucks. This ensures that the products are free from breakage while loading and unloading. The cranes imported from Hiab, Sweden, are mounted on many trucks which are put to use depending on market requirement.
